SoftBank Shops

There are 37 shops in Tokyo, 10 in Saitama, 8 in Chiba, 4 in Kanagawa, 6 in Aichi, 4 in Mie and 1 each in Shizuoka and Gifu. To support shop operations, Bell-Park has an extensive training program. As a result, the Company has a large number of sales personnel who have been certified by SoftBank Mobile. This sales team allows Bell-Park to work as a partner with SoftBank Mobile, handsets and services for this carrier by offering outstanding services for customers. In addition, Bell-Park has a wholesale business to sell handsets and services at secondary sales agents and large retailers, two major distribution channels for SoftBank Mobile. Currently, Bell-Park assists in sales at 18 secondary agents with a total of 100 shops and two large retailers with a total of 17 stores.

Corporate Sales

Bell-Park is building a mobile phone sales network to serve corporate clients, a market with much growth potential. The number of clients has been increasing along with the size of this network. In response to rising demand from companies for more extensive support, Bell-Park established the Corporate Business Division. One role of the division is establishing ties with new customers. The division also has a customer support team that extends a full line of assistance to companies after the purchase of handsets and service contracts. Bell-Park will continue to use its customers-first policy to offer even more services that competitors cannot match.

Staffing Services

The staffing services business is conducted by subsidiary Japan Pro-Staff Co., Ltd. Bell-Park acquired this company, which was then called J-Phone Service Co., Ltd., from Vodafone (now SoftBank Mobile) in January 2003.
