February 1993

Bell-Park founded to sell mobile communications services and networking products.

May 1994 Head office relocated to Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
April 1995 Signed sales agent contract with SoftBank Mobile (previously Vodafpne, J-Phone, Tokyo Digital Phone Ltd.).
May 1995 Opened J-Phone shop Hanzomon in Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
March 1998 Took over the operations of M.F.D Co.,Ltd.
June 1998 J-Phone shop Hanzomon relocated to Kudan-Minami, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Renamed J-phone Ichigaya.
September 1998 Opened Keitai Ichiba Oume Shinmachi, in Ome, Tokyo, signaling the start of Bell-Parkfs plan to open directly opened stores.
August 1999 Took over the operations of West Link Co., Ltd.
May 2000 Opened Keitai Ichiba Eda, in Yokohama City, Kanagawa, Bell-Park opened 10 stores as Keitai Ichiba.
May 2000 Trade of Bell-Park shares in JASDAQ commenced. (Code 9441)
August 2000 Opened J-Phone shop Machida Chuo, Bell-Park opened 10 stores as J-PHONE Shop.
August 2000 Opened J-Phone shop Aratama, in Nagoya City, Aichi. This store is first in Tokai Area.
September 2000 We acquired 64% of shares in Telec Co., Ltd. to get it consolidated subsidiary.
December 2000 We acquired 36% of shares in Telec Co., Ltd. to get it 100% subsidiary.
August 2001 Opened J-Phone shop Chitose Karasuyama, Bell-Park opened 30 stores as J-PHONE Shop.
November 2001 Took over 3 stores of Higashi Nihon Carry Co., Ltd.
June 2002 Operations of Telec Co., Ltd., operator of J-Phone shop, were combined with Bell-Park to raise efficiency.
January 2003 J-PHONE SERVICE Co., Ltd. became a wholly owned subsidiary through an exchange of stock.
November 2003 All shares held in Telec Co., Ltd. were sold.
March 2004 Took over from Tanaka Tsusho Co., Ltd. the operations of four Vodafone Shops and wholesale sales to secondary sales agents.
