Personal Information Protection Policy

Bell-Park recognizes that the safe and proper handling of personal information is vital to fulfilling its responsibilities to society.
Accordingly, personal information is handled in an appropriate manner based on the following basic policy.

1.Compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines
Bell-Park complies with all laws and regulations concerning personal information as well as guidelines and other standards.
2.Proper collection of personal information
As a rule, personal information is received only directly from each individual by using methods that are legal and fair.
3.Restriction on purposes of using personal information
Bell-Park clearly specifies the purposes of using personal information as much as possible. Personal information is used only as required for the designated purposes and is not used in any other manner.
4.Disclosure of personal information to third parties
As a rule, Bell-Park will not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the individual except when required by a law or regulation.
5.Response to requests for disclosure or other actions concerning personal information
When an individual asks for the disclosure, correction, addition of information, deletion or termination of use of his or her personal information, Bell-Park will respond promptly with sincerity and speed in accordance with internal rules.
6.Safety measures
Bell-Park has numerous physical and technological measures for the safe management of personal information. These measures
include making employees aware of their responsibilities, establishing internal rules, employee training programs, and activities to prevent leaks and other accidents involving personal information. All activities have the objective of preventing leaks, losses and damage of personal information and ensuring the proper management of this information.

As a rule, Bell-Park will not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the individual except when required by a law or regulation. This information is disclosed only when the individualʼs consent has been received after designating the information to be provided and the party that will receive this information. However, to the extent that laws and regulations are not violated, personal information may be provided to a third party without the individualʼs consent in the following cases.

(1) In accordance with a law or regulation
(2) When required to protect an individualʼs life, body or assets
(3) When irrefutably necessary to improve public health or the sound development of children
(4) When cooperation is required for an administrative procedure specified by a law or regulation that is performed by a national or local government agency or an entity authorized by such an agency
(5) Other instances designated by the Personal Information Protection Act

4.Disclosure of personal information
Individuals are asked to contact the applicable Bell-Park manager or the department listed below concerning requests for notification of purposes of use of personal information, disclosures, corrections, additions or deletions concerning this information, or refusal to allow the use or provision of this information. Bell-Park will explain the required procedure when a request is received and promptly perform this procedure. Bell-Park may be unable to comply with a request if there is a risk concerning the life, body, or assets and other rights profits of the individual or a third party, a risk of a serious impediment to Bell-Parkʼs business operations, or the risk of a violation of a law or regulation.
5.Outsourcing
When Bell-Park outsources data processing or some other task, personal information may be provided to the external company performing this task. Bell-Park selects companies to perform outsourced tasks only after confirming that these companies have established adequate standards for the protection of personal information and signing confidentiality agreements with these companies.
6.Management of personal information
Bell-Park continuously implements technological and organizational safety measures that are needed to prevent the unauthorized access to personal information and losses, destruction, alterations, leaks and other potential problems.
