Bell-Park founded to act as an agent for mobile communications services and networking products in Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
May 1994
Head office relocated to Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
April 1995
Signed sales agent contract with Tokyo Digital Phone Ltd. (present : Softbank Corp.).
May 1995
Established Tokyo Digital Phone Service Shop (present: SoftBank Shop), which is approved by Tokyo Digital Phone Ltd. (present : Softbank Corp.).
May 2000
Trade of Bell-Park shares in Japan Securities Dealers Association.
November 2004
Head office relocated to Hirakawa-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
December 2004
Deleted the store registration in Japan Securities Dealers Association, and got listed in JASDAQ Stock Exchange.
June 2009
Took over 52 SoftBank Shops (22 directly-managed stores and 30 franchised stores) and wholesale business from Panasonic Telecom Co., Ltd.

Conclude Apple Authorized Premium Reseller agreement with Apple Japan Inc (present: Apple Japan GK).

Established Apple Premium Reseller, which sells a product that approved by Apple Japan Inc (present: Apple Japan GK).

Got listed in the JASDAQ market of Osaka Securities Exchange, as JASDAQ Stock Exchange and Osaka Stock Exchange were merged.

Got listed in JASDAQ (standard) of Osaka Securities Exchange, as the Hercules market, the JASDAQ market, and the NEO market of Osaka Securities Exchange were integrated.
